The villas are built with energy-efficient materials and are equipped with solar panels for water heating, built-in air conditioning, ventilation with heat recovery, as well as anti-limescale filters. Due to the south orientation, the complex receives maximum sunlight during the day. Each villa has an electric car charging point.
